Implementation of the solution
Together with our longterm partner EPI-USE we decided to rapidly establish a protoype to present the solution as fast as possible to gain acceptance for the application and to reduce the cost of documentation and training. Parts of the transformation was achieved through the use of the agile project management SCRUM. Through consequent use of local-language capable resources it was possible to address in details all aspects and achieve a high level of satisfaction and trust with the client. Through the good teamwork onsite and the project team in Germany the project was successfully delivered in-time and within-budget. For the project the following HCM modules were implemented;
- Time Management
- Extension of basic Personnel Data
- Extension of Organisation Management
- Integration with the Finance System
The project management was successfully carried out with the Scrum approach model by Joyce Ong and David Ferreira in China as well as Christoph Werner in Germany.
